Public Art and installations
Here is a look at some public art that has been installed at various locations. I wanted to show a deeper look into the design elements of what I have created. showcased are details of texture, color, functionality, and other elements that I am proud has gone into my work.
WellSpring Mosaic - 2025
The wellspring women's and children's center mosaic was a community made tile installation that followed the theme” We all Belong Here”. It was an opportunity to bring the arts to people's lives in order to enrich the community of people who are members of Wellspring. There were multiple clay days in which people of all ages and backgrounds sat down and explored the medium of ceramic. They were able to sculpt, carve, impress, and color their tiles and the end result was a beautiful composition of different voices coming together to celebrate their community. The tiles were installed in the common area of Wellspring so that they could be accessible to all the patrons of that community day in and day out.
Twin Flames - Panama Pottery Mocsaic - 2025

Del Rio Trail - 2023
The Del Rio Trail project mosaic was a community made tile artwork commissioned through the city of Sacramento to bring attention to the trail built in 2023. The process involved bringing together communities across sectors of the trail to make bespoke tiles that would later be presented at Twisted Track Gallery. The tiles were fired in multiple methods including traditional oxidation firing, pit firing, and raku. This gave subtle variances to texture and color across the entire mosaic.
Melted Bowls - SMUD Gallery - 2024
This gallery install was made with hand thrown bowls and shaped to resemble the form clay takes when it is fired past its thermal threshold and begins to melt. the bowls were mounted to four 2'x4' wooden boards.
